Sheep, hens, rabbits, ducks are bred in the farm and also bee-keeping is practiced. The farm includes 15 hectares of land (woods and grass-land), where the guest can walk free or go and pick mushrooms and chestnuts during the propitious season.

The position of the farm is ideal for loves of walks and excursions, actually it is surrounded by Ginezzo Mountain , with a path reaching Trasimeno Lake , S.Egidio Mountain and the naturalistic route of Castel Giudeo Mountain.

Trasimeno Lake is always visible in the distance, in the evocative landscape that you can enjoy from the farm. The lake is 30 minutes far by car; there you can do long swims, practice sail and windsurf, or you can visit its three islands ( Minore Island , Maggiore Island , Polvese Island ).
