The villa San Gimignano is idyllically situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside only a few km from San Gimignano,
Colle Val d'Elsa and just a short drive from Siena, Florence and Pisa.
The villa is located in a nature reserve andoffers an array of walking and mountain bike trails, horse riding,
historical churches and villas, refreshing dips in the rivers and small lakes, sightings of wild boars, deer, hawks,
hares, pheasants - and a fox that regularly comes to feed on the owners' veranda.

The villa is just a shortdistance from horse riding stables, spas and a golf course.
The villa also has a restaurant, exclusively for guests, that can serve breakfast and local Tuscan cuisine.

The grounds of the luxury villa include a 6m x 12m swimming pool with a depth of 2.20m, cleaned every day,
open from May to October and a long wooden table on the veranda for family meals in the open air (the villa
is let from Saturday to Saturday).
